Memory is only useful if you can trust it.
Vilix stores personal AI context: conversations, decisions, preferences, and project details. Our security work is focused on keeping that context private, recoverable, and under your control.
What we protect
Vilix protects your account, saved AI conversations, imported memories, connected sources, API tokens, and dashboard activity. We do not publish internal architecture on public pages, but we do explain the user-facing guarantees we are building toward.
Security principles
- Deliberate capture. Sources are opt-in. You choose what connects, what imports, and what can be disconnected later.
- Account isolation. Your saved memory is tied to your account and should not be retrievable by another Vilix user.
- Protected transport. Vilix uses secure transport such as HTTPS for data moving between your browser, connected tools, and Vilix.
- Token control. API tokens can be created, monitored, and revoked from the dashboard.
- No model training. Your saved conversations are not used to train foundation models.
Your controls
The dashboard is being built around practical controls: inspect saved memory, filter by source, export your data, delete records, and revoke connected tools. These controls are part of the product surface, not hidden support workflows.
